Ashley is the firm’s urban planner and real estate paralegal. In her role as a planner, she has the unique perspective of practicing in the land use, zoning and real estate field both at large law firms as well as working internally for local government for the zoning administrators for both Arlington County and the City of Alexandria. She has established positive professional relationships in these jurisdictions which enable her to facilitate effective, successful results for clients. She has experience in large-scale urban development applications, public planning studies and all aspects of the various public processes required for land use and zoning approvals. In her role as a paralegal, Ashley is experienced in a wide variety of real estate related transactions, due diligence, transactional processes, and organizational matters in an efficient manner.

Ashley is involved in a number of industry associations including the American Planning Association, Association of Preservation Technology and Society of Architectural Historians.
