About
David I. Bledsoe is an experienced litigator with first-chair civil litigation experience in federal and state courts in cases involving multi-million dollar claims. His experience in litigation and arbitration includes a wide range of issues, including contracts, business torts, insurance, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and employment. He also provides general legal advice and counseling to corporations and small business owners on these same issues.
Prior to opening his own practice in 1995, Mr. Bledsoe was a litigator at Hazel and Thomas (now Reed Smith) in its Alexandria, Virginia and Falls Church, Virginia offices, where his practice concentrated primarily in the Eastern District of Virginia “rocket docket,” representing clients in patent, government contract, constitutional law, business torts, breach of contract, employment, and white collar crime matters.
