Jeffrey Marburg-Goodman is Of Counsel at Impresa. He focuses his practice on government contracts and grants, governance and corporate compliance, as well as international development matters, generally. He is a Principal at JMG Global Solutions and is a frequent lecturer at the International Law Institute. He has served as the General Counsel of Creative Associates International, Special Counsel to the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (“USAID”), and the USAID Assistant General Counsel for Acquisition and Assistance. In addition to his public service, he has worked in private practice for Shearman & Sterling and Patton Boggs.

Jeffrey is a frequent commentator on issues related to human rights, international development, and government contracting. He holds degrees from Amherst College and Harvard Law School and is fluent in French.
