Kenneth Labach teams with software companies to support their sales and scale their business. He brings over 20 years of general counsel experience to Impresa. His experience drafting and negotiating domestic and international business-to-business SaaS, product license, custom development, and IT hosting agreements, focuses twenty years of market knowledge on closing deals. He works with management, sales, and systems engineering, to develop and maintain data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, PCI, CASL) and to advise on data breach incident management.

Ken represents software companies in a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Information Technology, and Construction selling to companies in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Ken is a graduate of Duke University School of Law received his Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Studies from the University of Saskatchewan. He is admitted to the Bars of New York and the District of Columbia.
